Terms for your Wanko experience.

The experience

Wanko Zen Lounge offers self-service zero-gravity massage-chair sessions. Your massage is delivered by a chair, with no massage therapist and no tipping. It is a relaxation experience and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

Appointments and location

Visits are appointment-only. Select the intended location, service and duration. Review the price and booking details shown in Square before confirming. Wait for digital-access instructions before arriving; booking confirmation and door access are separate.

Sessions and digital keys

Session access is limited to your reserved window. Follow the supplied entry, setup and cleaning instructions and leave within your booked time. Do not share digital keys or assume that a booking or plan includes access to other locations.

30-Day Passes

Solo $59; Couples $89. One payment, no renewal. A pass lasts 30 days from activation. Up to one 30- or 60-minute visit per day, subject to availability. A Couples visit counts as one visit.

Memberships and recurring billing

Zen Escape Membership is $49 per month for Solo access. Zen Duo Membership is $79 per month for Couples access. Both renew monthly until canceled. Up to one 30- or 60-minute visit per day, subject to availability. A Couples visit counts as one visit. Review recurring billing information in Square before payment.

Membership cancellation

Contact Wanko Zen Lounge through the assistance page to request cancellation of renewal. Once cancellation is arranged, booking eligibility and digital-key access continue until the end of your paid period, then end. Canceling an appointment does not cancel a membership. Contact us if you need help confirming cancellation or your access end date.

Complimentary Solo trial

One complimentary trial is available per eligible first-time Solo guest. It reserves 30 minutes: 20 minutes of chair massage plus 10 minutes for first-time setup and cleaning. A request alone does not reserve an appointment. The offer may be paused.

Assistance and chair use

Follow the location’s supplied chair instructions. Stop the chair if you feel uncomfortable. Keep the chair and lounge clean for the next visitor. Need help entering or using your chair? Use Call for assistance. For an emergency, call 911.

Appointment changes and prepaid sessions

We understand that plans change. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment starts and we will refund or move your prepaid session in full. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend, we may keep 50% of the price you paid. Sessions end at the scheduled time and cannot be extended. If we have to cancel because of a chair or building problem, we will reschedule you or refund you in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take several business days to show them.

Memberships and 30-Day Passes: no cancellation fee; a missed visit is not refunded or carried over. Free trial: canceling with less than 24 hours’ notice, or not attending, forfeits the trial.

Bookings made with a third-party voucher or pass follow that provider’s policies.

Guest limits

Solo bookings allow one guest; Couples bookings allow two. Only your party occupies the private room. Never more than two people in the lounge.
