Wanko Zen Lounge is operated by Kolanut LLC. This notice describes information used for bookings, payments, customer assistance and digital access.
Bookings and payments
Square processes bookings and checkout. Information you provide there may include your name, contact details, service selection and payment information. Wanko Zen Lounge uses relevant booking and payment records to arrange your visit and access. Card details are entered with Square, not into a payment form hosted on this website. Read Square’s privacy notice.
Website and customer assistance
The website host and third-party services may process technical information such as IP address and browser details when pages or embedded calendars load. If you contact us, we use information you supply to answer your request and support your visit. Online trial forms and member sign-in are not currently available on this website.
Trial use and assistance calls
A record of trial use is kept to honor the one-per-person limit. Calls to the assistance line and information you provide are used to arrange access and respond to your request.
Digital access
We use digital-entry information to arrange access for a reserved session or paid access period. Keep your entry code private. Contact us if you believe it has been shared or used without permission.
Website measurement
Membership buttons generate a click event containing the selected plan, price and location. No analytics reporting destination is currently connected. This event does not include your payment details. Embedded Square services and external review sites have their own privacy practices.
Service providers and external links
Website hosting, Square and digital-access services support the experience. Opening Google, Yelp, Groupon or another external link takes you to that provider’s service and privacy notice.
Your information and requests
Contact Wanko Zen Lounge through the assistance page to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. Records needed for transactions, accounting, disputes or applicable obligations may need to be retained. Requests concerning information held independently by Square or another provider may also need to be directed to that provider.
